Speakers: Kathleen Pingelski and Lisa Ryan, MicroKnowledge, Inc.


Our speakers will discuss the ins and out of partnering with competitors and the nuts and bolts of understanding when to refuse a project.

Kathleen Pingelski is the President of MicroKnowledge, Inc. She manages client accounts and new business development for the company, including oversight of large training rollouts. Kathleen regularly presents to customers, associations and community organizations on a variety of topics related to the use of technology in the workforce.

Lisa Ryan is the Executive Vice President of MicroKnowlege, Inc.  She has over 20 years experience in training and supporting users of software applications. She is known for her professional demeanor, thorough command of topics, and ability to tailor training for every audience. Lisa conducts Train-the-Trainer sessions both for internal staff development and to customers.
