Dr. Tom Denham (“Dr. Tom”) has over twenty years of experience in career services, including positions at Skidmore and Union Colleges, Harvard, St. Lawrence and Boston Universities. When he was Director of the Siena College Career Center, students honored him as the 2000 Administrator of the Year. He founded Careers In Transition LLC, a private practice in career services, which focuses on career counseling for individuals and consulting services for institutional clients in business, education and government. He has appeared on more than 200 television and radio programs and has published over 175 articles. He has been quoted in Kiplinger’s Personal Finance, About.com, CareerBuilder.com, the Boston Globe, the Los Angeles Times and The New York Times. He is a contributing writer for five books.

James McGuinness is the principal of James McGuinness & Associates, Inc., a 34-year- old consulting firm. The firm’s primary focus of its consulting work is “achieving productivity leverage through the practical application of technology.” The company has succeeded with this goal in several arenas including industrial, commercial, financial, insurance, construction, retail and government environments. Clients include The Chicago Tribune, GE, Trustco Bank, UNISYS, New York State agencies, 25 health care providers and 30 separate New York State County governments. In addition, the firm is always willing to provide support to other consulting organizations that require technical assistance.
Robert Scardamalia is president of RLS Demographics, Inc., a firm specializing in the use and analysis of economic and demographic data for private and public applications. He is also an adjunct faculty member in the Sociology Department at the State University of New York at Albany and was formerly Chief Demographer of the State of New York and Director of the State Data Center. Robert has a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Penn State University and a Master’s Degree in Demography from Georgetown University. He is a member of the Population Association of American and a Board member of the Association of Public Data Users.
