Speaker: Dorothee Racette, Take Back My Day

Finding out why a consulting client is slow to follow through on project-related tasks can be a matter of guesswork. Delays caused by client procrastination not only result in lost income and productivity, but may also affect the client relationship. The discussion will explore a number of practical tools consultants can employ to effectively address project time delays.

We will cover the following topics:

  • Possible reasons for client procrastination
  • Specific approaches to address delayed client follow-through
  • Time management considerations for working with clients
