Tim Conley is the president of Conley Associates, an Albany-based leader in commercial real estate. He has spent 22 years as a Broker/Developer. In 2004, he reengineered his firm to exclusively provide Tenant/Buyer Representation and Advisory Services, in order to be at the forefront of the changes he was observing in the industry. To diversify his firm, he developed a commercial property management company, acquired a leading area interior design firm, and developed a commercial property construction consulting firm. In 2009, he received the Heartbeat of America award, which is a national award profiling successful entrepreneurs who project vision and leadership skills that have kept corporate America strong during these economical crises.
